Prayer Sealed is operated by Paul Clark, an individual, doing business as PrayerWarriors (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using Prayer Sealed, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
This app is dedicated to God's glory and designed to facilitate prayer and Christian fellowship. We ask that all users honor this sacred purpose.
Prayer Sealed provides a platform for believers to share prayer requests, pray for one another, and build community in faith.
You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with biblical principles:
Prayer Sealed does not use email addresses or passwords. Your account is secured by a 12-word recovery passphrase that is generated on your device and never sent to us.
You are responsible for keeping that passphrase safe. Because we never receive it and your account carries no email or phone number, we cannot reset it, recover it, or verify that an account belongs to you. If you lose your passphrase, your account and its contents are permanently unrecoverable. We cannot help, and neither can anyone else.
You are also responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, and for the devices you enroll on it. If a device is lost or stolen, revoke it from another device you control.

How reporting actually works. Because your content is end-to-end encrypted, we cannot proactively review it, and we cannot review it after the fact either.
When you report a prayer, encouragement, or comment inside a group, your report goes to that group's leader — not to us. The report contains a reference to the item, the reason you selected, and a timestamp. It does not contain a copy of the content, because neither we nor our servers can read it. The leader decides what to do within their group.
We do not operate a central moderation queue. We can suspend an account that is being used to cause harm, but we cannot read, edit, or remove the content of a prayer.
If you are in danger, contact your local emergency services. This app is not a reporting channel for crimes or emergencies.

Important. Prayer Sealed uses post-quantum end-to-end encryption. Your prayer content is encrypted on your device and can only be read by you and the people you choose to share with — we cannot read it. Anyone you share a prayer with can see its content, and metadata such as timing and participants is visible to our servers. Use discretion when sharing highly sensitive personal details.
What encryption does not protect against. Someone you shared a prayer with can screenshot it, copy it, or tell someone else. Encryption protects your content in transit and at rest; it cannot control what a person you trusted does with it.
You retain full ownership of everything you write.
We do not claim a license to your content, and we could not exercise one — we are cryptographically unable to read it. We store and route the encrypted form so it reaches the people you chose. That is the entire extent of our relationship to what you write.
The Prayer Sealed service itself — its design, software, and branding — remains our property.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion is immediate and permanent; there is no grace period.
Deleting your account removes your private content from our servers. It does not remove prayers and praise reports you already shared with a partner or a group — those remain readable to the people you shared them with, attributed to “[deleted account].” Encouragements and responses you left on other people's prayers also remain. Content already delivered to someone else cannot be recalled.
If you are the only leader of a prayer group, you must close that group before deleting your account. Closing a group removes it for everyone in it and cannot be undone; leadership cannot be transferred to another member.
The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation, and we do not guarantee that content will always be delivered or retained.
Prayer Sealed is a tool to facilitate prayer. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or pastoral advice, and it is not an emergency service. If you or someone you know is in crisis, contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service — including loss of content, loss of access caused by a lost passphrase, or anything done by another user with content you shared with them.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will give notice of significant changes where possible.
We may suspend or terminate an account for conduct that violates these Terms or that harms other users. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version and change the “Last updated” date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the service shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
