Prayer Sealed is built and supported by one person. You will get a real reply, usually within a few days.
A few things come up often, and the answer may save you the wait.
No — and this is the hardest answer we give.
Prayer Sealed has no email address or password on your account. Your prayers are encrypted with a key we never hold. That is the whole point of the design, and it means there is no “forgot password” link, no identity check we can run, and nothing we can restore. Your prayers are safe from us, which unavoidably means they are also out of our reach.
If you still have your Recovery ID and 12-word passphrase, or your exported recovery kit file, you can restore your account on any device from the welcome screen.
Write your passphrase down and keep it somewhere safe. Not in the app. Not only on the phone.
No. Uninstalling removes the app from your phone; your account and its content stay on our servers. To actually delete your account, reinstall, recover it, and delete it from Settings.

That is correct and intentional. Removing a partner cuts off direct sharing between you. It does not remove either of you from a prayer group you both belong to — group prayers are shared with the group, not person to person.
To stop sharing with someone entirely, leave the group you share or ask its leader to remove them.
Reports go to the leader of the group where the content was shared. They do not come to us, and they do not contain a copy of the content — we cannot read it, so we cannot forward it.
If someone is in danger, contact your local emergency services. Prayer Sealed is not an emergency service and cannot act quickly on a report.
Give it a minute and pull to refresh. The app caches your feed briefly to save battery and data.
No. Prayer content is encrypted on your device before it reaches us, and we hold no key to it.
What our servers can see is the surrounding information — who you share with, your group membership, timestamps, and the category and urgency labels you add. Our Privacy Policy lists this in full.
